Ordering Policy
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to process a cancellation. However, should you no longer require your order once it has been placed, please refer to our returns policy below.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in its original condition for a complete and immediate refund. Books must be returned to us within 21 days of receipt. Our refund guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs where an item is not damaged or faulty. If the books are damaged or faulty please contact us at returns@face-publishing.co.uk and we will send out a pre-paid returns label or arrange collection. For damages where a replacement book is required, new books will be despatched straight away and we do not wait to receive the damaged goods. In the case of refunds, they will only be applied to accounts once the damaged books have been returned to us. Please quote your order number in any correspondence.
